There was very little momentum on the job except to save money. They were not open to new ideas to expand market, instead they tried only to reduce costs largely at the expense of quality.
Executive vision and control are weak. Nobody grabs the ball there to run with it. Everybody just kind of dribbles in the backfield.
I submitted a proposal for a system and got a quote from a few established vendors, but they went with an old vendor that quoted 3 times what my quote was for a system that never worked even close to the system I had proposed. That is the kind of irrational decisions I had to deal with there.
Management has no vision.
