There is no flex time or core hours. We start at 8:30 in the morning and we are unable to work from home or from a cafe. We also are not paid overtime.

Great company if you are planning on having a career in sales. Good benefits if you are a top performer. No stability. Everything based on your performance. If you perform well, they keep you, if not, they kick you out.

Fast pace working environment, consulting presents a unique opportunity to exercise your strategy muscle and get exposure to this type of thinking. Whether or not you stay in consulting, knowing what keeps senior leaders up at night, and knowing that you can help them address those issues; is a huge reason to get into the field.

Robert Walters is a high paced office with fun and highly motivated workers. Everyone there is very professional. You will soon be giving up if you are not. They have a great training program, so if you are new to recruiting, you will be supported very good. The hardest part of the job would be keeping up your performance every week. Your performance is monitored and reviewed every week by management, and if you don't keep up, you would be told to do so. There should be no such thing as an off week in their point of view. The enjoyable part is that the people are all fun and energetic. There are always something fun going on the office, always new events coming up. The office is also constantly growing. If you like talking to people, meeting new people, helping people, Robert Walters would be a great work place to work in.
