A typical day at work was busy with little down time. As a temporary membership auditor we worked at our own place but were required to meet a minimum number of applications processed while upheld quality levels. Management was helpful, understanding, and professional. Workplace culture was professional and friendly, and attire was business casual for anyone under management, and jeans were allowed to be worn on Friday's. The hardest part of the job was quickly learning company guidelines and procedures to ensure members were given accurate policy information. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with a strong team that was always willing to help.
Great pay, flexible hours, rewarding work
