with the previous ceo, the company was dated; with the new ceo change is coming and moving in the right direction. management needs to be more supportive and understanding of the hard work employees put into doing their jobs and the time and energy it takes to get there. with the new ceo it will be more personable more teamwork oriented. the little people are not acknowledged in anyway for the hard work they do. with the new ceo hopefully upper management will change and become more approachable, more empathetic to employees. new ceo should be a role model for management in how to approach or engage with employees because everyone is important not just management.
