I enjoyed working at Comcast. I was a customer service representative answering phones. I also worked in the cable stores, which I enjoyed more, since I was able to got the hands on experience with the cable equipment.
I learned a lot about the equipment, and how it all tied in together.
Management was fair, and understanding.
