Too top heavy when it comes to management. Also, while I'm not an individual that pays attention to everything, there is just so many wrongs with Kaiser. The company waste money, does not develop its employees, has too many insecure and unqualified managers and directors and maybe every 2/10 employees actually work. The unions don't care anything about the employees and just sit around to see how they can profit (through threats) off the company. Unions think Kaiser owes them money and they use this every chance they get. There is too much nepotism, exclusion, and subjective issues. Also, poor millennial, they just cant get a break. This group of employees is treated so bad. I have ran into quite the interesting millennial but many are smart and flexible. However, management treats them like dirt.
