I have never been in an environment where more of the leadership team more openly expresses the fact that they are simply trying to get to their retirement and pension plan within the next 1-5 years. So, don't rock the boat and don't make them mad.
You can ride out a paycheck for a very long time. If you are in the Bay, you don't have to cross the bridge to get there.
Pay is sub-par. Leadership is scared about changing anything, which leads to stagnation.
The most enjoyable part of the job is coming to see my peers and seeing the patients if they need anything. Everyone in the hospital are super sweet and working in the hospital helped me gain experience of whats around the hospital and how things work.
