McDonald's was no doubt a fun time because the job was simple and the people were fun to be with. I was a cashier so my responsibilities included taking the customer's order accurately and effectively while giving them the correct change and finally giving them their food. Most of the day consisted of this. At the end of the day I had to take out the trash and clean the washrooms. There was nothing hard about the job but cleaning the whole restaurant along with the washrooms at 11:30 pm was definitely annoying. In any case that was probably the only con to the job. I learned how to orally communicate with customer recipients effectively. I learned the concept of working with a team to maximize results.
Easy job, good people, most of the time good customers.
