Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant, we expect you to:

Deliver a high level of customer experience throughout the customer’s whole purchasing process
Maintain floor, fitting room, cashier and stockroom areas per high standards to offer constant support to customers
Know the company’s sales support tools and be able to offer customers optimal customer experience in the store

Must-Have Competencies
・Native-level Japanese and conversational English proficiency.
・High school graduate

Nice-to-Have Skills
・Love/and or passion for fashion
・Strong customer experience skills.
・Empathetic communication, with the ability to connect with fans and guide conversations with customers.
・Understanding of Zara culture for building relatable relationships.
・Knowledge of fashion.

Part Time (5 days / 30-40hours per week)

8 hours a day (7:00 - 23:00) Depending on a business hours of each store
Holidays: 119 days (10 days / month, 9 days in February)

TPT period is between your Hire Date to the end of the following month.
Your working hours during TPT is less than 20 hours a week.
After the expiration of TPT, your employment contract will not be extended nor updated.
In case of continuation of your employment, we will offer you a new contract based on the employment condition.
