Day to Day

You'll manage key partnerships, focusing on setting goals with partners and overseeing the implementation and optimization of integrations. This role involves setting and achieving goals, giving and receiving feedback, and working with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for managing projects, resolving issues, and using data to influence stakeholders, while fostering inclusive communication and solid relationship management. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the Platform Partnerships and Integrations Operations teams to ensure ongoing, effective collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, provide feedback, identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions.
• Driving towards Indeed OKRs with our partners
• Manage project documentation, drive priorities, resolve partner issues, and react to problems.
• Monitor key data trends and metrics related to partner engagement and performance.
• Influence stakeholders with data, securing follow-through, sharing knowledge, and maintaining solid relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between Indeed and partners to support the progress of cross-functional initiatives.
• Act as a liaison to ensure clear and consistent communication between all parties involved.

Salary Range Transparency

Tokyo 7,350,000 - 10,650,000 JPY per year
