■仕事内容：

デジタルツインをつくる仕事として、協力会社を巻き込んでその橋渡しをしたり、プロジェクトの管理をお任せします。
具体的には・・・

１．同社のソフトウェアにお客様のシステムからデータを送り込み、デジタルツイン（DigitalTwin）を駆使しながら実際にある発電所、エアコンと同じ世界（箱）を作って行く環境で、難解なプログラミング言語は使いませんが、データや数字、IPアドレスやデータハンドリングの概念を理解していることが必要なお仕事となります。
２．データのバックアップ機能は上海、シンガポール、アメリカで行っているため、語学を活かしてグローバルな環境で働くことが出来ます。

■Project Manager （To be based in Japan）：

The Project Manager is responsible for planning overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

■Responsibilities：
￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣
Define and document project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management stakeholders and overseas/internal team.
Develop full scale project plan （e.g. project kick off timeline/schedule milestone and associated communication documents）.
Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Effectively communicate project scope goals deliverable and expectations to project team members and client stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
In support of sales and marketing activities meet with customers lead solar software product demo and understand customers’ needs and define appropriate solutions. Assist in the determination of new business opportunities and make recommendations on the technical resources needed to participate in new businesses. Assists in the development of business plans and go to market strategies.
To collaborate with the internal team to develop high level solution architecture using standard Envision software.
To collaborate with the internal team and support activities such as system configuration （e.g. edge hardware） testing and hardware shipment.
To collaborate with the internal team and support in any site related troubleshooting.
To collaborate with the internal team and support other renewable energy and projects such as solar + battery storage smart grid wind ports etc.
Optimizing and improving processes and overall approaches where necessary.

【必須要件】
・何らかのITシステム導入プロジェクトのご経験
・データや数字、IPアドレスやデータハンドリングの概念を理解していること
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（社内稟議は英文のみ）

【尚可要件】
・再生エネルギー関連の経験や知識
・脱炭素領域における業務経験

英語力：中級以上

ビジネスレベルの英語力または中国語
