• End User Computer Environments

Maintain the user computer environments including computers, printers, phone systems, smartphones etc.), including build, deploy, decommission, and dispose the devices according to the defined procedures. This includes ordering and arranging the repair services.
エンドユーザー端末（PC、プリンター、電話機、スマートフォン等）の管理（プロシージャに従い、構築、展開、撤去、廃棄を行う）とメンテナンス（発注や修理対応等も行う）

• User Support

Troubleshoot, diagnose, escalate, and support the end user computer issues and resolve their issues and inquiries
エンドユーザーPCや機器の問題や問い合わせに関してサポート、トラブルシュート、診断、エスカレートなどを行い、解決へ導く

• On-site services

Provide hands-and-foot services on-site for our office premises (it may require some trips) and coordinate with vendors on-site. This is not limited to end user computers but overall IT infrastructure equipment including network devices and appliances, where necessary
拠点での現地作業を行う（場合によっては出張が生じる）。また、ベンダーとの調整等現地で必要な作業を行う。作業はユーザー端末のみならず、ITインフラの管理する機器(ネットワーク機器・その他機器)についても、必要に応じて対応する。

• IT Projects

Participating IT projects especially in IT security, business continuity and integration of newly acquired companies.
各種ITプロジェクトへの参加または実施（例：買収したばかりのグループ会社のIT統合、ITセキュリティプロジェクトの展開、BCP―事業継続計画）.

• General

Communication with all internal and external stakeholders in Japan, Offshore and global team members.
グローバルのチームやオフショアや日本国内の内部／外部の関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションができます。

• Practical knowledge and experience of Windows based machines and network
  Windows OSのマシンおよびWindowsネットワーク環境での実用的な知識・経験
• Practical knowledge and experience in Active Directory
  Active Directoryに関しての実用的な知識・経験
• Support Experience in user equipment such as printers, smartphones, and tablets
  ユーザー側で利用するプリンター、スマートフォン、タブレット等の機器のサポート経験
• Mounting or/and Installation experience of enterprise network equipment in server rack
  企業向けネットワーク製品のサーバーラックへの設置・インストール経験
• Experience of operating ITIL based Service Desks;
  ITILに基づいたサービスデスク業務経験
• Strong security awareness;
  セキュリティに関する高い意識
