About Us

YourJapan Inc. is Japan’s largest cross-border e-commerce company specializing in trading cards. We export Pokemon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Union Arena, Dragon Ball, Weiss Schwarz, Magic: The Gathering, and other trading cards worldwide.

Our primary markets include North America (60%), Europe, and Australia, Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Africa. All sales are export-based; there are no domestic sales in Japan.

In 2025, we plan to open a physical trading card store in Akihabara while continuing to expand our online presence through launching our own e-commerce site and growing on other platforms.

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented full-time team members to join our growing operation.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for various cross-border e-commerce operations, including:

  • Order Fulfillment – Pulling trading cards for international shipments.
  • Quality Control – Inspecting used trading cards.
  • Purchasing & Inventory Management – Managing procurement and stock levels.
  • Export & Logistics – Preparing shipping labels and handling overseas shipments.
  • Customer Support (English) – Responding to inquiries and managing customer satisfaction.

This role involves repetitive tasks such as sorting and handling trading cards. Candidates must be comfortable with focused, routine work.

求める人材

Ideal Candidate

  • E-commerce operations experience (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of trading card games (Pokemon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, MTG, etc.) is a plus
  • Basic computer proficiency (Windows, Mac)
  • Native-level English proficiency
  • Japanese language ability (conversational level) is a plus
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks like pulling, sorting, and packing
  • Non-smoker (due to product sensitivity)
  • E-commerce experience (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) is a strong plus!
