Role Overview:
As a Site Security Manager (SSM), you will lead a team of security officers to ensure the safety and security of data centers and other critical infrastructure facilities.
This role involves overseeing physical security operations, maintaining audit readiness, and collaborating with clients and management to drive high performance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, operational expertise, and technical acumen to uphold a secure and compliant environment tailored to the unique security needs of data centers.

Key Responsibilities:
・Oversee security operations across one or more facilities.
・Recruit, train, and develop site security personnel.
・Monitor and enhance security systems and processes.
・Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
・Enforce compliance with safety protocols, post orders, and incident management procedures.
・Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies to minimize disruptions.
・Provide regular reports to management and ensure successful audit outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education:
・College degree or equivalent (preferred).

Experience:
・4+ years in the security industry or business management.
・Proven experience leading diverse teams and managing security incidents.
・Proficiency in security technologies, including CCTV and access control systems.

Skills:
・Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
・Fluency in Japanese and English (written & spoken).
・Knowledge of 24/7 security operations and HR practices.
・Ability to handle high-pressure situations, adapt to change, and multitask.

Working Hours: 09:00–18:00 (Tentative)

【Work Schedule】
・1 to 3 days off per week.
・ Flexible scheduling in consultation with the shift manager
