We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic teacher to join our small English school where you’ll help kids learn English, grow in confidence, and pick up valuable life skills - all in a fun, supportive, and safe environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach Life Skills & Manners: Help students learn how to behave respectfully and navigate life with confidence.
• Engage Actively: Spend your day interacting with kids, building connections, and keeping the energy high.
• Plan Fun English Lessons: Lead small classes (up to 5 students) with games, songs, and activities that make English exciting.
• Set Goals & Track Progress: Create weekly lesson plans, help students hit their English milestones, and share monthly updates with parents.
• Join the Fun: Get involved in school events like field trips, summer festivals, Halloween, Christmas, etc.
• Keep Things Tidy: Pitch in with light cleaning after classes to keep our space welcoming.

• English: Fluent
• Japanese: Conversational　
• Must currently reside in Japan
• Should be team-oriented, friendly, and able to adapt to a highly active work environment
• Previous work experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields is preferred
• Must agree with long-term contract
