We offer both group and private lessons, mainly for adult learners — especially those preparing to go abroad or aiming to improve their IELTS scores. Around 70% of our lessons are private, with some group classes and kids’ lessons as well.

We are currently looking for teachers with qualifications such as TESOL or CELTA. Both full-time (5 days a week or 4 days a week) and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging, interactive lessons to students of various ages and levels
• Maintain clear and accurate records of student attendance and progress
• Keep the classroom and school environment clean and organized
• Attend and contribute to regular staff meetings
• Support the school’s growth and development in both quality and student numbers
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and processing payments when needed

• CELTA or an equivalent teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, etc.)
• Minimum one year of English teaching experience
• A commitment to working with us for at least 2 - 3 years
• Basic skills in Photoshop or Illustrator are a plus

Established in 2014, Connect Eikaiwa School is a small, friendly company that offers a relaxed and supportive working environment. Our current team includes two British teachers, one Australian teacher, one part-time American teacher, and two Japanese staff members. We also operate a Japanese language school, where 10 Japanese teachers are part of our extended team.

All of our English instructors are CELTA- or TESOL-certified, making this an ideal opportunity for professional growth. You’ll be joining a team where teaching quality is valued and where your additional skills and talents can contribute to the continued development of the school.

Working Days: Mondays - Saturdays (Days off: Fridays and Sundays)
Working Hours: 12:00–21:00 (includes a 1-hour unpaid break)
No overtime work expected
