Job Description

• Provide daily care and support for children aged 2 to 5 at our international preschool
• Assist with routines such as dressing, meals, and toileting
• Supervise and join playtime and structured activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
• Communicate with staff and parents in English as needed
• Support with basic tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and preparation for the day

English communication skills (conversational level or higher) are required for this position.

Our classes are small in size, and we ensure that each group has enough staff to provide a safe and relaxed environment.
No prior experience is necessary — if you enjoy working with children and are eager to learn, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements
■ Valid work visa required (must already be residing in Japan, preferably in the Niigata area)

• Conversational English skills (required for daily communication)
• A genuine interest in working with young children
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Punctuality and professionalism
• Must currently reside in Japan and have a valid work visa
• Basic digital literacy (e.g., using apps for communication, scheduling, and payroll management)

(Childcare experience is a plus, but not required.)

■Working Hours
Tuesdays to Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (shift-based schedule)

Holidays & Time Off

• Shifts are scheduled based on team availability; days off may vary.
• The school is closed on Sundays, but staff schedules are shift-based.
• Long holidays are available during the year, including:

・New Year holidays・Golden Week・Spring break・Summer break

• No relocation or transfers
