Job Description【Position】

Teaching sports to children (ages 3-12) entirely in English

• Main activities: Rhythm training, Coordination training, Monthly sports programs
• Language: 100% English environment
• Training provided: No prior knowledge of rhythm/coordination training required - we'll teach you!

Essential Skills

• Native-level English proficiency
• Good at sports/athletic background
• Basic Japanese conversation ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with children (teaching or coaching)
• Early childhood education qualifications

Working Conditions

• Days: From 1 day per week (Shift system)
• Working hours:
• Ageo Campus: Between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Okegawa Campus: Between 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM (Subject to community center availability)
• Growth opportunity: Hours and days may increase based on enrollment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: ¥1,300 - ¥2,000/hour (based on experience, skills, and certifications)
• Probation Period: ¥1,100/hour for the first 6 months
• Transportation: ¥800/day allowance
• Salary increases: Regular reviews based on performance and experience
