【2025年、港区芝浦に新しいインターナショナルプリスクールが開園しました】
-A new international preschool opened in Minato City in 2025.

• ２歳から６歳の幼児に向け、フィンランド教育やモンテッソーリ、イエナプラン、レッジョエミリア、アドラー心理学、フィンランド教育などの様々な海外の教育哲学を取り入れた当園のコンセプトに基づく、子どもたち一人ひとりに寄り添った保育を行っていただきます。
• 主任保育士をサポートし、積極的、自発的にクラスを支援します
• ドキュメンテーションやレポート作成のサポート
• 清潔で安全な保育環境を維持する
• 各種ミーティングやトレーニングへの積極的な参加

• Implementation of childcare for children aged 2 to 6, incorporating international educational philosophies such as Montessori, Jena Plan, Adlerian Psychology, Finnish Education, and Reggio Emilia approach, based on Japanese guidelines.
• Support the Lead teacher and proactively assist in the classroom.
• Support documentation and report preparation.
• Proactive communication with parents.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Participating in various meetings and training sessions.
• Other tasks related to nursery operations.

• 一年以上の保育・経験幼児教育
• 英語保育に抵抗のない方
• 高い成長意欲とより良い幼児教育への熱意
• 高いコミュニケーションスキル
• レポート作成やITツールの活用（CoDMON, Google workplace, Canvaなど）といった業務に抵抗がないこと
• 保育士資格、幼稚園教諭免許または看護師免許があるとなお可

• 1+ years of experience working with young children.
• Currently residing in Japan
• Strong growth mindset and passion for pieces of training.
• Communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills such as word, excel, operation tool and Canva, and no resistance to Tech.
• Qualification in childhood education is a plus.

Our preschool is founded on a simple yet meaningful philosophy: A nurturing environment where not only children, but also their families and teachers, can learn and grow comfortably together.

We incorporate educational philosophies from around the world to create a well-rounded approach to early childhood education. We are looking for individuals who can provide high-quality childcare, focusing on observing and supporting children while fostering their creativity and curiosity. Our programs integrate Finnish education methods, select-based learning, and various international early childhood approaches.
Rather than proficiency in English, we value individuals who feel comfortable in an English-language childcare setting as well as their growth mindset. Since this role does not allow for remote work, we believe that creating an inviting and enjoyable workplace is essential.
