<仕事内容>
As an Arabic Digital Marketer for ZenMarket, our proxy shopping and international shipping service, your mission will be to expand our presence in the Arabic market. This role is open due to a promotion within our team, creating an exciting opportunity for a new talent to join us. Join our international team of over 25 digital marketing professionals, enhance your marketing skills, and lead our Arabic market efforts to new heights!

Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing across areas such as PPC, SEO, influencer marketing, SNS, and/or email marketing.

Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a corporate or team environment.

Competitive Compensation: Earn an annual salary of ¥3,800,000 - ¥4,200,000 JPY (monthly salary: ¥270,000 - ¥300,000 JPY), based on your experience and skills. Overtime pay is provided for every minute worked beyond your standard hours, ensuring your efforts are fully recognized.

Flex-Time System (Standard working hours: 8 hours per day, 60-minute break)

Standard Workday: 9:15 AM - 6:15 PM

Flex-Time Core Hours: None. You can choose your start time between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

You can take up to 2 hours of break per day.

Note on Training Period: For approximately the first 2 months of employment, standard working hours will apply
(flex-time will begin after this period).

Full Two Days Off per Week (Saturday & Sunday)

Annual Long Holidays: New Year's Holiday (4 days)

Annual Salary: ¥3,800,000 - ¥4,200,000 JPY （年収：380万円～420万円）

Monthly Salary: ¥270,000 - ¥300,000 JPY （月給：27万円～30万円）

Salary will be determined based on experience and ability. （※経験・能力を考慮し決定いたします。）

Fixed overtime pay is not included. Overtime work will be paid separately, calculated to the minute. （※固定残業代は含んでいません。残業が発生した場合は、1分単位で別途支給いたします。）

Salary Increase & Bonuses:

Salary increase: Once a year （昇給：年1回）

Bonuses: Twice a year (June and December) （賞与：年2回（6月、12月））
