Job Post Details
■New Client Acquisition: Spearhead new client acquisition, primarily targeting the civil engineering and construction materials industry within assigned regions (Europe and Asia).
■Corporate Sales & Field Sales: Conduct corporate and field sales activities for recycled materials manufactured at the Yokosuka Circular Factory, with a specific focus on materials derived from household waste plastics. This includes conducting market research.
■Market Intelligence & Feedback: Research local market trends, competitor information, and legal regulations/incentive programs related to the use of recycled materials. Provide regular feedback to the Japan team.
■Business Development: Drive business development initiatives based on customer needs, focusing on new applications for recycled materials and quality improvements.
■Technical Development Proposals: Propose new ideas and improvements to the technical development team.
■Must
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in the plastics industry in the assigned region, especially in recycled materials and civil engineering and construction materials
- Business level or higher English skills, and fluent negotiation skills in the local language of the assigned region
- Track record of developing new customers in B2B
■Want
- Experience working for a foreign company or a Japanese global company
-Resin compounding and injection molding
- Technical knowledge of extrusion molding
- Deep knowledge of local business practices, environmental laws and regulations, and supply chains
