Football Heroes Inc. is currently seeking soccer/football coaches to join our team at EIGO FOOTBALL ACADEMY (Sessions in English).

We provide a unique international platform where children from diverse backgrounds come together to thrive, engage in English, and connect beyond borders, all while embracing the joy of football.

As a team member, you will be involved in various aspects of the English soccer/football school operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coaching at the English soccer school
• Leading extracurricular soccer sessions at international schools
• Planning events
• Assisting in the planning of overseas soccer camps
• Managing and posting on social media

主な業務内容:

• 英語サッカースクールでのコーチング
• インターナショナルスクールでの課外サッカー
• イベントの企画・運営
• 海外サッカーキャンプの企画
• SNSの管理・投稿

EIGO FOOTBALL ACADEMYでは、サッカーを通じて子どもたちにスポーツと英語の楽しさを教え、グローバルな視野を育むプログラムを提供しています。この素晴らしいミッションに共感し、子どもたちに自身の経験と情熱を共有したいと考えている方をお待ちしています。

We are seeking:

• A fluent Japanese speaker with a decent level of English communication skills
• Someone who loves working with children and is good at building rapport with them
• An individual with more than 10 years of experience playing soccer
• Someone with experience in coaching soccer
• A team player with leadership skills who can establish good, open communication with children, families, and staff

※ Please note that you do not need to meet all the criteria to apply for this role, except for being a fluent Japanese speaker.
There is a possibility of supporting a working visa.

• 日本語が流暢で、日常会話程度の英語コミュニケーションができる方
• 子どもが大好きで、子どもたちと信頼関係を築くのが得意な方
• サッカー歴が10年以上ある方
• サッカーコーチの経験がある方
• チームプレイヤーで、リーダーシップを発揮しながら、子どもたち、保護者、スタッフと円滑なコミュニケーションを取れる方

※ 全ての条件を満たしている必要はありませんが、日本語が流暢であることは必須条件となります。
※ 就労ビザのサポートが可能な場合があります。
