Project Manager - Digital Marketing ・ デジタルプロジェクトマネージャー

• 社内クリエイティブチームおよび外部ベンダー、関係者、プロジェクトオーナーと連携し、プロジェクトの円滑な遂行と高品質な納品を実現
• プロダクトを予算・スケジュール・スコープの範囲内で納品
• プロジェクトのスコープや目的（SOW）の定義支援、関係者の調整および技術的実現可能性の確認
• 必要リソースの確保および割り当て
• 詳細なプロジェクト計画の作成、進捗のモニタリング
• プロジェクトのスコープ、スケジュール、コストの変更管理
• 適切な手法によりパフォーマンス測定
• 必要に応じてマネジメントへの報告・エスカレーション
• クライアントおよび関係者との関係構築・維持
• リスク管理によるプロジェクトリスクの最小化
• 外部ベンダーおよびグローバルチームとの連携体制の確立
• 全てのプロジェクト成果物に関する文書の一貫性と正確性の確保
• クライアントとの打ち合わせによる要件確認・状況共有

• Coordinate internal creative resources and third parties/vendors, stakeholders, and project owners to ensure seamless project execution and flawless delivery of products.
• Ensure that all products are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives (SOW), involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and our global counterpart teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure consistency across all project deliverables.
• Meet and communicate with clients to take detailed ordering briefs, clarify specific requirements of each product, and share the status of those requests.
• Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.

スキル・資格

• 中〜大規模のデジタルプロジェクト（開発・キャンペーン）をスコープ定義から納品まで一貫して管理した経験
• JIRAおよびアジャイル開発プロセスの実務経験
• Figma等のプロトタイピング／ワイヤーフレームツールの使用経験
• 多様な関係者との協働に必要な優れた対人スキルとビジネスコミュニケーション力
• 日本語および英語での優れた口頭および文書コミュニケーション能力
• 複数タスクを並行して管理できる高度な組織力と細部への注意力
• デジタルプロダクトの品質向上に向けた課題解決志向と顧客志向
• HTML5/CSS3の基本的な理解
• Microsoft 365の操作に習熟していること。Adobe Creative Cloudの基礎的な使用経験
• 自らの成果物を高精度でチェックし、品質を担保できる能力
• 問題発生時の早期対応と計画的なリスク緩和
• 関連分野での学士号、もしくは同等の職務経験
• デジタルプロジェクトの運営に関する高度な知識または実績
• PMP（プロジェクトマネジメント・プロフェッショナル）またはスクラムマスター資格保有者歓迎

• Experience with managing medium-to-large scale cross-functional digital projects, development, and campaigns from scope to delivery.
• Experience with JIRA and agile workflows.
• Experience with prototyping / wireframing tools such as Figma.
• Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Detail oriented, problem solving and customer-centered, to continually improve the quality of our products. Strong working knowledge and experience of digital product design.
• Certain level of HTML5/CSS3 understanding.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 for documentation. Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps for corporate design production.
• Ability to check own work and produce output of high accuracy.
• Adherence to the critical path with plans to mitigate issues that arise.
• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of or experience in managing digital projects.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification preferred.
