We are hiring welding and piping staff for on-site factory work.
The main tasks include the fabrication and installation of TIG, arc, and threaded piping systems.

You will primarily be involved in maintenance work at explosion-proof chemical plants, with pipe repairs conducted on weekends. About 70% of the work involves stainless steel TIG piping. Weekdays are mostly for measurement and in-house fabrication.

We are looking for skilled professionals who can perform full-cycle TIG and arc piping work: measuring, fabrication, and installation.

Typical Weekday Schedule:

• 08:10 – Morning meeting & work begins
• 10:00 – Break (30 minutes)
• 10:30 – Work resumes
• 12:00 – Lunch break (60 minutes)
• 13:00 – Afternoon work begins
• 15:00 – Break (30 minutes)
• 15:30 – Work resumes
• 16:30 – Cleanup & end of work

• Highly motivated to improve technical skills
• Confident in communication skills at the worksite

• Little to no overtime (you can go home once the day’s work is done)
• Transportation expenses covered (commuting by personal car is allowed)
• Support for obtaining various certifications

・Smoking is generally prohibited indoors, but a designated smoking area is available.

• Commuting by personal car is allowed (transportation expenses are covered)
• Nearest stations: Mikawa-Kashima Station and Gamagōri Station, Gamagōri City, Aichi Prefecture

• Pay raises are given as needed based on performance
• Commuting allowance: up to ¥30,000 per month
• Support system for obtaining various certifications; allowances are provided after certification is acquired

Example monthly income:

• 22 workdays: ¥330,000 – ¥484,000 + transportation allowance
• 25 workdays: ¥375,000 – ¥550,000 + transportation allowance
