Job Description:

Various marketing tasks to success of our online game business, which has over 20 million registered users.

Details:

*Conduct market research, analyze competitors, plan annual strategies, select partners, and lead service execution.

*Develop promotion strategies, oversee copywriting, manage creatives, and supervise video production.

*Oversee live streaming campaigns, manage ad placements, drive operational performance, and apply PDCA cycles to optimize user engagement and revenue.

*Create and distribute press releases, update official websites, manage social media channels, and handle related communications tasks.

* Note: Inexperienced individuals will be considered for assistant or new graduate positions in each jobs.Looking forward to your application!

Required Experience/Skills:

*Ability to understand Japanese and conduct business-level conversations.

* Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)certification or Business Japanese Proficiency Test (BJT) score of 530+ is preferred.

* Over 2 years of practical digital marketing experience at a business company (non-agency).

Necessary PC Skills:

* Proficiency in using Office software, various development management tools and Generative AI on a PC or smartphone.

* Ability to input text via touch typing.

Welcomed Experience/Skills:

* Over 2 years of practical marketing experience in the game industry.

* Over 2 years of experience in digital ad delivery and operation at an advertising agency.

* Proficiency in foreign languages such as French, Spanish, Arabic, German, Portuguese or Hindi.

Flex-time system

・Employees are able to decide their time of starting and ending work

Core time: 10:00am - 15:00pm

Flexible time:

・Starting time range 6:00am - 10:00am

・Ending time range 15:00pm - 19:00pm

Regular working hours:

・8 hours/ break time: 60 minutes (13:00pm - 14:00pm)

120 days in a year

Saturday/Sunday/National holidays/Year end and New year holidays

*Short hours shift is required irregularly on Sun, Sat and holidays.(additional payment)

*Paid leaves for 10 days after 6 months

Work Location

Shibuya office (Shibuya Fukuras 17F 1-2-3 Dogenzaka Shibuya-ku Tokyo, 150-0043) or remote

Non-smoking in the office

Hybrid work model: at least three day a week in the office + remote work

Excluding art/engineering positions

固定残業代あり：年俸 ￥3,526,000 〜 ￥7,200,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥71,876〜￥233,490（45時間相当分）を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

Commuting allowance

It will be reimbursed

・The maximum amount of monthly payment is 5,000 yen.

Raise in pay

Once a year

・Previous year's increase was 3.50% - 6.00%

Incentive

Extra pay which is equal to a month's salary will be added to a regular salary in summer and in winter

・The amount is calculated with HR evaluation

Special Incentive

It was provided five times within the past two and half years.

・The amount depends on actual results and each personnel evaluation
