Job Description
We are looking for a warehouse position at a logistics company.
You will be mainly responsible for managing and shipping housing materials.

Your main tasks will include:
・Sorting and managing products
・Preparing products for shipment

Requirements
・We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is eager to learn!
・Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N3 or equivalent communication skills

The following experiences are a plus, but not required
・Experience as a forklift operator
・Experience with warehouse work or picking tasks

During a 2-month trial period, you will receive on-the-job training (OJT).

Work Environment
Our team members come from a wide range of industries, such as customer service and transportation.
The job involves some physical work, like picking heavy housing materials, so our team is mostly male (Male: 80%, Female: 20%).

Working Hours
7:00 AM – 4:15 PM (8 actual working hours)
Overtime work may be required.

Break Times: 75 minutes in total
10:15 AM – 10:30 AM (15 min)
12:00 PM – 12:45 PM (45 min)
3:00 PM – 3:15 PM (15 min)

Holidays
Every other Saturday, Sundays, and all national holidays.
Summer vacation, New Year's holiday, and Golden Week (GW) vacation

Access: Approximately 22 minutes by car from Koga (古河) Station
Commuting by car, motorcycle, or bicycle is OK. We have a free parking area!

Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: ¥220,000 – ¥300,000
※Your salary will be determined based on your skills and experience
