■In detail

• Supply/Sustain OCD / XPS / Raman / SIMS metrology solution support multiple modules, i.e., Litho/CMP/Etch/Dep based on business need
• Communicate and establish good relationship with customers for process & issue understanding.
• Involve up-to-date new metrology technics / products / applications and perform pre-sales demo / presentations to customers.
• Co-work with HQ or other subsidiaries (i.e., IL/US/CN/JP/SG) to develop new application solutions, able to support / work abroad.
• Pro-actively maintain semiconductor knowledge from industry and international academic conferences.
• Be highly sensitive in collecting market information.
• Own presales activities for tools adoption/utilization.
• Be flexible to cross-divisional activities per company’s requirements.

Hokkaido, Chitose-shi

■Employment Type
Full-time Employee with a 3-month Probation Period

■Salary
Annual Salary: 7,500,000 to 9,000,000 JPY
*Determined based on experience and skills according to company regulations
The annual salary includes fixed overtime pay for 20 hours per month and fixed night shift pay for 20 hours per month (extra hours are paid separately)

■Working Hours
Discretionary Labor System (Standard hours 9 AM - 6 PM; negotiable)
Holidays & Leave: Full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays, over 120 days off per year, summer vacation, annual paid leave, year-end and New Year holidays, childcare leave, maternity and paternity leave

応募必要条件

スキル・資格

o Education: Above master’s degree in physical, Chemistry, Material Science Engineering or Chemical Engineering background
o Experience: Experience in metrology/inspection and experience in Semiconductor industry is a big plus.
o Knowledge: Basic knowledge with semiconductor process, good project management/leadership skill
o Flexibility: Willing to travel to various regions for customer support activities or trainings
o Language: Proficient in English, Japanese both written and verbal.
