• Key Responsibilities:

Design, install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

Implement and maintain security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.

Collaborate with IT team members and external vendors to optimize network services and resolve escalated issues.

Document network configurations, changes, and updates thoroughly.

Perform regular network performance tuning, upgrades, and patches.

Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for security enhancements.

Provide support and training for network users when required.

Ensure compliance with network policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role (adjust based on level).

Relevant certifications (preferred): Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), CompTIA Network+, Juniper (JNCIA), or equivalent.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or other enterprise networking hardware.

Proficient in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios).

Knowledge of network security best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Note: Japanese should be N1 or atleast N2 Certified

• CUTE : 262 units

• CUSS : 38 units

• Egate : 6 units

4. a person who can speak Japanese for Japanese customers (FUK AA & Airlines) communication.

it's not a prerequisite, but we hope they can speak English a little then it will be more attractive for SITA internal communication.

5. Japanese should be N1 or atleast N2 Certified.
