A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an HSEQ&S Manager at MKS Japan, you will work at our Koda, Aichi factory site to provide Health, Safety Environment support for the Atotech business.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Make health, safety and environmental management plan, and supervise its implementation.

• Maintain ISO management by internal and external audits for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001, coordinate all relevant departments for management review and the continuous improvement.

• Organize/implement the internal auditor training, and establish internal audit system.

• Collect/study/implement the latest government regulation and information on HSE, risk management to make sure good legal compliance of Atotech Japan.

• Conduct driver education/training for company cars as a safe driver’s supervisor and conduct duties as bureau of industrial health and safety committee.

• Manage security system, make plan to prepare for emergency, and train employees if needed.

• Supervise and cultivate the team members through daily instruction, OJT, Off-JT, etc.

• Plan work orientation for new employee or newly deployed member incl. temporary and/or contractor worker.

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor or more, chemical engineering, chemical process or chemistry majored is desirable.

• Over 8 years experiences in health and safety duty, environmental management duty, and implementation of management system.

• Certificate of the industrial waste officer (can take the training and be qualified after on board)

• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially the management team and external parties such as local regulatory bodies, authorities, and service providers.

• Must be a very independent, highly motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-oriented personnel.

• Have good communication and reporting skills and resilience.

• Possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.

• Fluent Japanese and English skills both speaking & writing

Preferred to have:

• Knowledge of health and safety, and environmental management and related the government regulations/codes/standards.

• Knowledge of management system, ISO9001，ISO45001, ISO14001 and other
