We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive Executive and Personal Assistant to support our CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This role requires exceptional multitasking ability, strong communication skills in English and Japanese, and the flexibility to manage a dynamic schedule
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO—coordinating meetings, managing communications, handling confidential matters, and supporting key business and lifestyle responsibilities. You will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in areas such as digital advertising and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Oversee and execute personal tasks, including appointment scheduling, household/vendor coordination, gift purchasing, travel planning, and reservations.
- Provide day-to-day lifestyle assistance to support the CEO’s productivity and well-being
- Act as a key liaison and point of contact on behalf of the CEO with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and manage ad hoc projects
- Provide logistical and administrative support during travel or offsite engagements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant (or similar role)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with a non-traditional, flexible schedule
- Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction
- Fluent or native-level communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Interest in (or experience with) digital marketing and advertising is a plus
Requirements
- Experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office.
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable.

Shift System Schedule
- Working 4hrs a day
- 20 hrs per week
- Shits are within 11am to 8pm.
シフト制
- 2 days off per week (Saturday & Sunday)
- Japanese Holiday Off
- This job is a hybrid set up with ocassional face to face meeting with the CEO.
- Posted Salary Range is still negotiable depending to skills and experiences.
