Sales professional (Risk)

Locations: Tokyo

Employment Type: Full time

Industry: technology, financial services, data and analytics, risk management.

My client is seeking a a Sales Specialist to join their Risk Intelligence team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the growth of their Risk business by identifying new clients and developing business opportunities within existing customer accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry, corporate, and government bodies in Japan, as well as expertise in positioning solutions for anti-money laundering, financial crime, sanction, anti-social forces, and supply chain management.

Overview

Our client provides a suite of solutions to help organizations efficiently navigate risks, avoid damage to business reputation, reduce fraud, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance around the globe. The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify prospects and opportunities
  • Structure, pitch, discuss, and close opportunities
  • Develop and accomplish a sales strategy within a territory
  • Provide insights and share thought leadership with senior customers
  • Deliver excellent customer presentations and demonstrations

Qualifications

  • Experience in similar roles with a pursuit and sales focus
  • Exposure to internal working relationships with Pre-Sales Specialists and Account Managers
  • Deep understanding of Risk and Compliance within regulated firms in Japan
  • Native level Japanese and business level English proficiency
