Role Value Proposition: This role involves transitioning from a major beverage logistics company to a new entity, focusing on building, operating, and technically supporting cloud environments. The engineer will lead SRE and DevOps initiatives, creating and maintaining CI/CD platforms and multi-cloud infrastructure to align with our digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external vendors, technology partners, including Accenture, to:
• Implement and support enterprise cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Automate processes using cloud-native services and CI/CD tools.
• Build and maintain tenant and organizational-level cloud services.
• Design and maintain various cloud resources; participate in projects as needed.
• Develop and update best practices and standards for cloud services.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building, operating, and maintaining cloud or on-premise IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in Azure cloud or CI/CD platforms.
• Proficiency in Japanese (business level); N3 level or higher. Must have work permission in Japan.

Desirable Skills:

• IT operational background in the distribution and consumer goods sector.
• Experience as a server administrator in Windows Server or Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS PaaS/IaaS, and tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, Entra ID, Azure Express Route, VNet, and Gateway.
• Strong communication skills and a history of positive stakeholder interactions.
• Business English proficiency (TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent preferred).
