Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Analog & Digital Circuit Design Engineer to design, development, and integration of electronic systems. This role involves end-to-end circuit board development—from concept and schematic capture to testing and system integration. The ideal candidate will have experience with both custom circuit design and integration of off-the-shelf (COTS) components into cohesive, reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design analog and digital circuit boards, including schematic capture, component selection, and layout review.
• Simulate and optimize mixed-signal circuits for low noise, high stability, and power efficiency.
• Integrate COTS components and modules into larger system designs, ensuring compatibility and performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug circuits using test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
• Develop and execute detailed validation and verification test plans for PCBs and integrated systems.
• Consider and design for EMI/EMC compliance, thermal constraints, and mechanical integration.
• Collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Document designs, test plans, validation results, and compliance data clearly and thoroughly.
• Ensure designs meet relevant regulatory standards (FCC, CE, ISO, IEC) and internal quality guidelines.

スキル・資格

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in analog and digital circuit design and testing.
• Experience designing, simulating, and troubleshooting analog and serial communication circuits.
• Familiarity with industry standards for serial communication (e.g., RS-232, RS-485, I2C, SPI, CAN, UART).
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity, noise analysis, and circuit debugging.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, function generators, and logic analyzers.

Design Requirements:

• Ability to design and optimize circuits for low noise, high stability, and minimal power consumption.
• Experience with mixed-signal circuit design, including ADCs, DACs, and signal conditioning.
• Understanding of EMI/EMC considerations in circuit design.

Testing & Troubleshooting Requirements:

• Ability to create and execute detailed test plans for analog and serial circuits.
• Knowledge of failure analysis and root cause identification techniques.
• Experience using test fixtures and designing test setups for circuit validation.
• Familiarity with environmental and stress testing procedures.

Additional Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hands-on lab environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, CE, ISO, IEC) for analog, digital and communication circuits.
• Experience working with microcontrollers and embedded systems is a plus.
• Ability to document design, test procedures, and results in a structured and clear manner.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
