Recruit Global Family (RGF) Staffing Accelerationチームは、人材派遣会社と連携し、彼らの生産性の向上に取り組んでいます。Indeed のデータ、テクノロジー、AI機能を活用して、人材派遣会社の業務を強化および自動化することを目指しています。
現在、日本の人材派遣会社との連携に注力するチームの一員として活躍していただけるプロダクトマネージャーを募集しています。この職務では、リクルーターの効率を高め、候補者のマッチングを最適化するソリューションの構築と拡大を行います。

Your job*
The Recruit Global Family (RGF) Staffing Acceleration team partners with staffing agencies to increase their productivity. We aim to leverage Indeed's data, technology, and AI capabilities to augment and automate staffing agencies' operations.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team focused on partnership with one of our staffing agencies in Japan. In this role, you will build and scale solutions that enhance recruiters' efficiency and optimize candidate matching.

• 部門を超えたチームや人材派遣会社パートナーと協力して、プロダクトビジョンの実現に向けたロードマップを段階的かつ効率的に実現するためのロードマップを見つけ、優先順位を付けて管理する。
• ロードマップとプロダクト計画をリーダーシップ、パートナー、関係者に伝達し、関係者間の調整を図る。
• 人材派遣会社内で対外的な窓口としての役割を果たし、人材派遣会社のニーズ、機会、プロダクト要件を代弁・支援する。
• プロダクトの目標と主な成果指標の特定とモニタリング。
• 迅速なイテレーションのもと新機能を導入し、その有効性を検証するために試験運用を行い、データに基づいて判断を行う。
• ロードマップや目標に向けた進捗状況について、リーダーや協力者に、書面と口頭で明確な最新情報を提供する。

Responsibilities*

• Partner with cross-functional teams and staffing agency partners to discover, prioritize and manage roadmaps for delivering toward the product vision incrementally and efficiently.
• Communicate roadmap and product plan to, and get alignment with leadership, partners, and interested parties.
• Be the face of the staffing agency internally, advocating for, and representing their needs, opportunities, and product requirements.
• Identify, and monitor product goals and key success metrics.
• Iterate quickly to launch new features and make data-driven judgments to pilot their efficacy.
• Give clear written and verbal updates on the roadmap and progress toward goals to leadership and collaborators.

• 5年以上のプロダクトマネジメントの経験。
• 英語および日本語による文章および会話での高いコミュニケーション能力。
• 良好なパートナーシップや協力者との関係性を維持するスキル。
• ビジネスプロセスを評価し、最適化の機会を特定する卓越した能力。
• プロダクトや機能を定義、計画、構築するために部門を超えたチームと緊密に連携した経験。
• データドリブンな考え方。
• HRテクノロジー（ATS、CRM、自動化SaaS）に関する知識。
• 生成AIとエージェントAIの最新動向と実用化に関する理解。

Skills/Competencies

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese and English.
• Excellent partnership and collaborator management skills.
• Exceptional ability to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to define, plan, and build products and features.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, Automation SaaS).
• Understanding of the advancements and practical application of GenAI and Agentic AI.

勤務時間・曜日:

• 勤務時間は従業員の裁量で決定（ミーティングへの参加は必要）
• 1日8時間/週40時間を超える部分（法定外労働時間）

給与:

年収 ￥11,020,000 〜 ￥15,980,000
