私たちは、自社のデータベースや各種ITツール、幅広いネットワークを活用し、クライアントのニーズに合った専門家（エキスパート）を国内外からリサーチ・選定します。見つけたエキスパートには、Archesが大切にしている「知識をシェアする」という考え方や、具体的なプロジェクトの内容をご説明し、協力にご同意いただいた上で、企業とのインタビューをセッティングします。

The Expert Network Services (ENS) industry connects our clients (consulting and investment firms) with specialized insights from top experts. With a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region, our team is fluent in the languages across the area and has unmatched recruitment capabilities to find experts from any industry or niche.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Client Service Associate (Expert Matching Team) , you'll play a crucial role in recruiting the right experts to consult on our clients' projects. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to identify suitable expert candidates and employ creative sourcing strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Understanding and Ideal Expert Profile Identification

• Gain a thorough understanding of client project needs based on main topics and client characteristics.
• Identify the best-fit expert profile based on key project requirements, including industry focus, target companies, relevant departments, seniority level, and specific expertise.

Recruiting Expert Candidates (Main Focus)

• Source ideal expert profiles across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, local recruitment platforms, internal databases, professional networks).
• Reach out to experts through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to invite them to consult for clients on specific topics.
• Screen and vet expert candidates to assess their expertise and experience before connecting them with our clients.
• Manage scheduling for client-expert interviews and building relationships with experts for future collaborations.

REQUIREMENTS

Background

• Undergraduate degree
• 0-3 years of professional experience in sales, recruitment, client service, or related
• Native Japanese (English is a plus!) – Able to communicate confidently with a diverse network of experts across APAC
• Additional language skills are a plus!

Working Location

• Fully based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam , with relocation support covering visa, flights, and accommodations.

• Competitive base salary with performance reviews every 6 months
• Monthly performance-based incentive up to $900
• Annual Bonus – 1-month gross salary
