We’re looking for a Games Merchandising Associate to support mobile game content and merchandising for the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan markets. If you're passionate about games, love working with digital content, and have an eye for regional trends, this could be a great opportunity for you. You’ll help manage content updates, write and localize copy, and work closely with a global team to ensure the best user experience for players in these regions.

What You’ll Do

• Support weekly content updates for mobile games, ensuring content is relevant and engaging
• Manage content calendars and publish digital content on schedule
• Help program and QA (quality check) featured placements for games
• Write and localize campaign and collection copy for the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan audiences
• Assist in adapting global campaigns and creating regionally relevant seasonal content
• Research trending mobile games and recommend features
• Analyze user engagement data to support content strategy
• Collaborate with international teams across content, marketing, and product

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in mobile apps, digital content, or games
• Native-level fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills
• Familiarity with the gaming and mobile content markets in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan
• Strong writing and editing skills, especially for local audiences
• Good organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working with mobile devices and digital tools
• Bachelor’s degree required

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Cantonese
• A passion for mobile games and awareness of the latest trends
• Experience working in multicultural, fast-paced team environments
• Ability to stay flexible and meet tight deadlines

• Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Work Style: Primarily remote. Occasionally, you may be asked to work onsite at our office in Shibakoen, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Work Location
This role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite work at our office located near Shibakoen Station in Minato-ku, Tokyo. (Exact location will be shared during the interview process.)
