HR Project Manager

• Drive P&O cross-functional projects in alignment with the P&O strategy, ensuring efficient resource utilization and alignment with organizational goals.
• Design and lead communications for P&O, including monthly meetings and off-site events, while supporting the Head of P&O and the P&O Leadership Team (LT).
• Optimize and standardize local P&O processes by analyzing business workflows and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Create comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, milestones, governance, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as a role model by fostering collaboration, providing coaching and feedback, and empowering team members to achieve high performance, while representing projects in internal governance and Steering Committee meetings for transparency and progress reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in HR Project Management, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partnering.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with project management tools, methods, and templates.
• HR Project experiences such as setting up timelines; project objectives/milestones/priorities; and experiences with process improvement would be highly relevant for this position.
