About this Position

Leading entire export operation and collaborated internal / external stakeholder to achieve efficient process management

What you´ll do

• Prepared export document (COA, COO, SDS, applicability determination letter etc.)
• Coordinated export schedule booking and monitoring schedule to comply ETA target
• Cost management of export activities (Purchase order creation and billing)
• Supplier management of third-party logistics and freight forwarder
• Day-to-day communication of destination planner (within APAC)
• Analyzed export cost and improved export operational process
• Managed return goods of domestic / oversea
• Managed day-to-day billing process of domestic / export
• Work with cross functional teams
• Maintain manual and procedure
• Regular reporting

• Third party logistics supplier
• Freight forwarder
• Internal controlling team
• Off shoring operation team

What makes you a good fit

• Basic understanding of SAP
• Basic understanding of trade requirements
• Export business experience of shipper side
• More than 5 years’ experience of logistics
• Business process analysis and process improvement
• Proficient with Microsoft application (Word, Excel, Power point, teams and share point)
• Written and oral communication of English and Japanese

• License of Registered Customs Specialist
