My client, a global leader in renewable energy, logistics real estate, data centers and related technologies, is looking to expand their team in Tokyo and are currently looking for a Business Strategy Manager for the Renewable Energy Division.

部門長および社内関係部署と連携して、日本における再エネ事業の立上げから、拡大を見据えて事業モデルを構築・推進いただきます。

具体的には：

・再エネ事業戦略および事業計画の策定、それに伴う市場調査等

・事業開発(パートナー候補企業との協業検討含む)、事業進捗管理

・部門メンバーのマネジメント、採用/チーム組成、部門補佐

必須条件

・事業戦略策定の経験

・資料作成、Executionスキル（エクセル/PPT等、現役で手が動くこと）

・事業投資の経験、知識(アセット問わず)

・再エネを取り巻く諸々の情報について最新の状況をフォローし、理解していること

・チームメンバー及び社内外各関係者とスムーズなコミュニケーションの為の対人ソフトスキルを有している

《希望条件》

・再エネ分野における事業推進の責任者もしくはそれに準ずる役割で関与した経験を有すること

・再エネ電源開発もしくは再エネ分野への投資経験を有すること

・新電力（小売）事業に知見を有すること

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

You will work with department heads and related internal departments to build and promote a business model with an eye toward expansion, starting from the launch of the renewable energy business.

Specifically:

- Formulation of renewable energy business strategies and business plans, associated market research, etc.

- Business development (including consideration of collaboration with partner candidate companies), business progress management

- Management of department members, recruitment/team composition, departments Assistant

《Requirements》

・Experience in formulating business strategies

・Material creation, execution skills (Excel/PPT, etc.)

・Experience and knowledge of business investment (regardless of assets)

・Various information related to renewable energy Following and understanding the latest situation

・Possess interpersonal skills for smooth communication with team members and internal and external parties

• Responsible for business promotion in the renewable energy field or experience in a similar role
• Experience in renewable energy power source development or investment in the renewable energy field
• Knowledge of new power (retail) business
• Business-level English proficiency.
