Job Title: JAPAN Value Advisor Manager

SAP has set a bold vision to drive Customer Value powered by our SAP Suite & SAP AI first. The SAP Value Advisory (VA) organization is chartered with differentiating SAP as the innovation partner of choice by making the Intelligent Enterprise value and experience real for every customer. VA role focuses on strategic/consultative value selling to customers by advising them on “Case for Change”. This is done by collaboratively working with customers to link their business strategy and business outcomes they want to drive with the business capabilities that are needed, and ultimately to the value of SAP in unlocking business success.

The Value Adivisor Manager is responsible for managing a team of VA experts that focuses on driving strategic value engagements with customers at all touchpoints throughout the customer’s relationship with SAP. From value discovery to value realization, building and maintaining customer-specific business cases and value assets to quantify and measure value realization. Collaboratively work with regional account teams and customers to link their business strategy and business outcomes to the business models, business processes and business capabilities that are enabled by SAP. Drive customer adoption and consumption by providing value assurance and realization services and updating business cases in line with the customer’s evolving priorities

  • ead the Value Advisory business unit in Japan.

  • efine and articulate SAP’s executive value selling vision and strategy.
  • O
  • versee and provide executive consultation to customers and prospects, and position SAP solutions to achieve business goals and create value through a holistic model.

  • rticulate strategic priorities and qualify addressable market opportunities.
  • L
  • everage strategic partnerships with key decision-makers internally and in partner and customer organizations.

  • epresent SAP externally on value management vision and strategic subject matters.

  • oach team members on the creation of customer-centric executive positioning/point of views to excite customer to collaborate with SAP.

  • ollaborate with Virtual Account Team to deliver executive pitch reflecting value proposition for industry/LoB and knowledge of SAP portfolio.

  • ct as a trusted strategic advisor to nurture customer executive relationships.

  • ead and orchestrate structured engagements and navigate a matrix organization on key customer accounts.

  • osition and lead SAP’s engagements to build the case-for-change enabled by SAP solutions on key customer accounts.

  • oach team members on how to build and/or curate value proposition content aligned to end-to-end business processes.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
