What is a specified skilled worker visa?
This system provides new opportunities to foreigners who want to work in Japan.
You can work for up to 5 years, and if you obtain the national qualification “Care Worker'' and change to a “Nursing Care'' visa, you can work in Japan for more than 5 years.
If you obtain a caregiver visa, it is also possible for your family to accompany you.
You will have a chance to find stable employment and improve your skills in Japan.

【What is the job of a Caregiver】
The job of a caregiver is to support the daily lives of elderly people in need of care. They cook together with nursing home residents, enjoy shopping together, and so on. Another part of the job is to bring smiles to the faces of the residents by organizing seasonal events at the nursing home.

There are few nursing facilities in Myanmar. Taking care of grandparents at home is a common care in Myanmar. Therefore, being able to experience a caregiver work in Japan is very valuable to me. MCS has always been actively hiring foreign staff for a long time. This,has had a positive impact on both the nursing home residents and Japanese staff. Thanks to that, the residents have become more willing to communicate with foreign staff, for example teaching Japanese cultures, and the Japanese staff has learned to explain things in a way that is easy to understand.. Foreign staff are essential for MCS, and we hope that many foreigners will be happy through working at MCS.
