[About Us]

YourJapan Inc. is Japan’s largest cross-border e-commerce company specializing in trading cards. We export Pokemon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Union Arena, Dragon Ball, Weiss Schwarz, Magic: The Gathering, and other trading cards worldwide.

Our primary markets include North America (60%), Europe, and Australia, as well as Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Africa. All sales are export-based; there are no domestic sales in Japan.

In 2025, we plan to open a physical trading card store in Akihabara while continuing to expand our online presence through launching our own e-commerce site and growing on other platforms.

We are looking for a QA and testing specialist who can help us improve reliability across our systems by building automated and manual test processes.

[Job Responsibilities]

• Build and maintain test coverage: unit tests, integration tests, and UI tests
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to identify and fix issues
• Manage and verify WordPress e-commerce site operations

[Ideal Candidate]

• Strong knowledge of Python testing frameworks (e.g. unittest, pytest)
• Experience in QA/testing roles (manual and/or automated)

Optional but welcome:

• WordPress experience
• Django or HTMX familiarity
• HTML/CSS, responsive design skills
• UI/UX design sense
• Business-level English is required; Japanese is optional
• Non-smoker (due to product sensitivity)

• Part-time (Hourly): ¥1,350–¥1,800 per hour (Flexible part-time shifts of 20–40 hours per week)
• Full-Time (Permanent Employee): Monthly Salary: ¥216,000 - ¥320,000 (Based on experience and skills)

• Overtime is paid in one-minute increments
