[ ABOUT THE ROLE ]
This position requires managing key partnerships and coordinating with the internal pub teams and dev studios. A background in Japanese gaming or digital entertainment is necessary.
[ RESPONSIBILITIES ]
●Manage daily communications and solid relationships with Japanese partners, mainly game publishers, developers and IP holders.
●Leverage your network to bring new IP holders to our portfolio.
●Source new potential games for publishing. Research, reach out and contact the publishers or developers.
●Analyze games and IPs, share your assessment for our internal evaluation.
●Identify decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, negotiate and solidify the deals.
[ REQUIREMENTS ]
●Working experience of 3-5 years in Japanese Gaming/Anime & Manga/digital entertainment industries on similar functions.
●Demonstrated capability in successfully delivering partnerships.
●Strong sales & negotiation skills.
●Bi-lingual in Japanese and English or Chinese.

年俸 ￥7,000,000 〜 ￥15,000,000
