Language Requirements
Fluency in at least one of the following:
Spanish, English, French, German, Chinese, Italian, or Portuguese
What You’ll Do
- Guide small groups on customized walking tours of Kobe
- Tailor each experience to match your guests’ interests and preferences
- Share authentic stories, historical insights, and cultural highlights
- Optionally lead food tours if you’re passionate about local cuisine

- Strong knowledge of Kobe’s history, landmarks, and culture

Work Schedule and Hours:
As a freelance tour guide with Guydeez, you have complete flexibility to choose the days and hours that fit your availability and preferences. Typically, tours last between 3 to 8 hours, and you can decide how many tours to host based on your schedule.
Overtime Work:
Since this is a freelance role, there is no fixed requirement for overtime. You work as much or as little as you want, with no mandatory extra hours.
Work Style:
The role primarily involves leading in-person walking tours around the city, so it is not a work-from-home position. However, administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication with guests, and training sessions may be done remotely.
