A global medical technology leader is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead its Japan marketing division for the homecare device division. This is a critical leadership role overseeing strategic planning, product marketing, and team management, with high visibility across Japan and US headquarters.
Client Details
Our client is a global leader in medical technology, offering innovative solutions across hospital, diagnostics, and homecare markets. The Japan business plays a crucial role globally with about 2000 employees across the country.
Description
- Lead and manage the full marketing strategy for the division in Japan, including direct oversight of 5 managers and indirect management of 60+ team members.
- Own P&L for marketing, drive integrated campaigns, product launches, and market development initiatives.
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Division Head and interface regularly with global teams in the US.
- Ensure business continuity and talent development, contributing to the succession planning of the division.
