We are expanding our Tokyo team and looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating in English, and supporting business operations.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help our clients and team members by supporting communication, coordination, and basic tasks related to business tools. No technical background is needed—we’ll provide training. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with international clients and team members in English
• Helping gather and organize information for projects
• Supporting the setup and use of business tools (training provided)
• Writing and translating simple documents and reports
• Assisting with scheduling and coordination
• Learning new tools and processes to improve work efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome people from all backgrounds. You might be a recent graduate or someone with experience in customer service, office work, or language support. Here’s what helps:

• Basic English communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Interest in learning new tools and working in an international environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Organized and able to manage tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable writing simple documents and instructions
• Knowledge of any programming, scripting language, or HTML, is a plus
• Japanese language skills are a plus but not required
