Japan Alternative Market (JAX) Co., Ltd. is a startup company that operates a PTS (private trading system that allows stocks to be bought and sold without going through a stock exchange). Aiming to realize a fair and transparent trading environment, we offer flexible trading hours, including off-session hours, and trading opportunities at more favorable prices, mainly for domestic stocks.In this position, you will be expected to utilize your extensive experience in securities trading systems and demonstrate high technical skills in a wide range of tasks. We are looking for someone who can work with the team to maintain the stability and efficiency of the system while always providing the latest technology and security knowledge.

正社員（定時）：8:30から17:00（休憩１時間）/Normal office hours: from 8:30 to 17:00

休日：土日、祝日、年末年始 / Working days: Monday through Friday, No work on Japanese holidays and year-end, new year holiday

シフト勤務は別途相談

固定残業代あり：年俸￥9,000,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥200,000（45時間相当分）を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

賞与年1回（3月、会社と本人の業績評価による）、固定残業代、通勤手当（月額上限５万円）/ Bonus once a year (March,depending on the performance of company and individual), fixed overtime pay, commuting allowance (up to 50,000/mon.)

社会保険（厚生年金、健康保険、雇用保険、労災保険）完備 / Social insurance (employee pension insurance, health insurance, employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance) provided.
