Position Background / ポジションの背景

As a global leader in design and engineering services, Syntronic is committed to delivering high-quality R&D support, system testing, hardware design, and embedded development. This role aims to further expand our business footprint in the Japanese telecom market, especially focusing on identifying customer needs in 5G/6G wireless base station technologies, Open RAN, AI test automation, software and hardware development, and product testing systems. You will work closely with Syntronic's global cross-functional teams to promote local projects and build long-term strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities | 主な業務内容：1. Strategic Account Management | 戦略顧客管理

Maintain and develop strategic relationships with major telecom clients' Japan branches, continuously identifying new project opportunities (e.g., 5G/6G, Open RAN, AI test automation), promoting renewals, expansion, and high-value service transformation.

日本の主要通信業界顧客との関係を維持・強化し、新たなプロジェクト機会（例：5G/6G、Open RAN、AIテスト自動化等）を継続的に発掘。

既存プロジェクトの更新・拡大および高付加価値サービスへの転換を推進。

2. New Business Development | 新規顧客開拓・市場拡大

Identify and develop new clients including telecom vendors and operators (e.g., NEC, Fujitsu, KDDI, NTT Docomo). Establish multilayer customer relationships (procurement, R&D, delivery) and maintain long-term cooperation. Develop local business development plans and participate in industry events, tenders, and strategic engagements.

3. Solution Selling & Proposal Management | ソリューション営業・提案書管理

Collaborate with technical teams to formulate technical service solutions based on Syntronic’s core capabilities, including embedded software, hardware design, and automation testing. Draft and submit proposals and SOWs, and participate in contract negotiations.

技術チームと連携し、組込みソフトウェア、ハードウェア設計、自動化テスト等に基づく技術サービスソリューションを提案。

商業提案書、サービス契約（SOW）の作成および契約交渉に参加。

4. Sales Target Management | 販売目標管理と業務報告

Take ownership of annual/quarterly sales targets, track project statuses, identify risks, and formulate mitigation plans. Regularly report business progress and local market feedback to APAC headquarters.

年間／四半期ごとの販売目標を達成。

プロジェクトの進捗状況を追跡し、リスクを早期に察知して対策を講じ、アジア太平洋本部へ報告。

5. Market Insight & Branding | 市場動向調査・ブランド構築

Monitor trends in Japan’s telecom industry (e.g., Open RAN, AI), provide market feedback to the company, and represent Syntronic at industry events to enhance brand awareness and visibility.

日本通信業界における無線基地局技術（Open RAN、AI等）の動向を継続的に追跡。

業界イベント等への参加を通じて、Syntronicのブランド認知度を向上。

Requirements | 応募資格：

Education: Bachelor's degree or above.

学歴： 大学卒業以上

Major: Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or Marketing.

専攻： 通信、電子工学、コンピュータ、オートメーション、マーケティング等の関連分野

Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom industry, with knowledge of 5G/6G, Open RAN, base stations, HW/SW, chip testing, FPGA, embedded development preferred. Experience working with Tier-1 clients or in multinational technical service firms is a plus.

Experience working with Tier-1 telecom clients or global technology service companies is a plus.

経験：通信業界で5年以上の経験。

5G/6G、Open RAN、無線基地局、ソフト／ハードウェア、チップテスト、FPGA設計、組込み開発等の知識を有する方優遇。

Tier-1 通信顧客との協業経験、または外資系技術サービス企業での勤務経験のある方歓迎。

Language Skills:

Proficient in Japanese (N1) and able to communicate in English for daily global teamwork.

日常業務およびグローバルチームとのコミュニケーションが可能な英語力。

日本語：流暢（N1レベル）
