職務概要：
米国で開発された小売ソフトウェアおよびプラットフォームを日本市場に導入する責任を負います。

期待される使命とビジネス目標：
米国で開発された製品と日本の小売業界の状況を深く理解し、日本市場での製品の市場性を分析し、技術的およびビジネスの観点から製品の導入準備のために日本市場のニーズのギャップを埋める方法を検討します。これらのアプローチにより、製品を中心としたビジネスを確立し、製品がEOSに到達するまでマネージャーとして製品をサポートします。

具体的な職務内容：

• 製品の深い理解
• 日本市場における製品がカバーする領域の市場性を評価する
• 営業部門、プロフェッショナルサービス部門（SE部門）、製品エンジニアリング部門と協力してGTM計画を作成する
• 製品の価格設定を実施し、プロモーションツールを作成し、営業およびSEを教育する

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for introducing retail software and platforms developed in the U.S. into the Japanese market.

Mission and Business Goals:
You will deeply understand both the products developed in the U.S. and the state of the Japanese retail industry, analyze the market potential of the products in Japan, and explore ways to bridge the gap between the product and Japanese market needs from both technical and business perspectives. Through these efforts, you will establish a product-centric business and support the product as a manager until it reaches End of Service (EOS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the products

• Evaluate market potential of the product areas in the Japanese market

• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services (SE) and Product Engineering teams to create Go-To-Market (GTM) plans

• Set product pricing, create promotional tools, and provide training for Sales and SE teams

応募必要条件

スキル・資格

経験、スキル、知識、および資格：

• TOEICで約800点以上の英語力（グローバルチームとの英語でのコミュニケーションおよびメールが必要）
• IT製品のプロダクトマネジメントとマーケティングの経験（SEまたはプリセールスの経験でも可）
• 日本の小売業界の知識

Experience, Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:

• English proficiency equivalent to approximately TOEIC 800 or higher (required for communication and email exchanges with global teams)

• Experience in IT product management and marketing (experience in SE or pre-sales roles is also acceptable)

• Knowledge of the Japanese retail industry
