ポジションの概要

採用された方には、公共政策コンサルティング業務を通じて、主に国際保健並びにODA分野での日本の国際貢献を高めるための取り組みにおける重要な役割をお任せいたします。世界的に著名な企業・団体、NGO・NPO、その他の主要なステークホルダーと共に重要で注目度の高い政府関連業務や公共政策プロジェクトに貢献する貴重な機会となります。

主な業務内容

• 国際保健並びにODA分野の公共政策プロジェクトにおけるステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持
• 政策立案者への提案・提言と交渉
• 政策立案者向けイベントの運営と管理
• プロジェクト設計、提案書作成、進捗管理、予算管理
• 社内外チームとの調整・連携（研究者や専門家を含む）
• クライアントニーズに基づくソリューションの設計・提供
• 政策提言活動や調査研究結果の発信の支援
• 英語でのメール・会議・報告書作成

必須要件：

• 公共政策、国際保健、ODAまたは関連分野での4年以上の実務経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
• 官公庁や国際機関との調整・折衝の経験
• 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力（会話・文書）
• 優れた対人スキルとリーダーシップ

その他あると望ましい経験：

• グローバルヘルスの知識
• 政策立案・政策分析業務への関与経験

学歴・資格

• 国内外の大学卒業以上。関連した領域（公共政策、政治又は国際関係学等）の修士以上があると望ましい

Associate Public Policy Manager - GR Japan

Government Relations, Project Manager

Position Overview

The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing Japan's international contributions through government relations and public affairs consulting, primarily in the field of global health and ODA. This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to high-profile government-related initiatives and government relations consultancy projects in collaboration with globally recognized corporations, organizations, NGOs/NPOs, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in government relations projects related to global health and ODA.
• Advocate policy recommendations and engage in negotiations with policymakers.
• Plan and manage events for policymakers.
• Design projects, prepare proposals, monitor progress, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams, including researchers and experts.
• Design and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support outreach efforts of policy advocacy and delivering research findings.
• Communicate effectively in English through emails, meetings, and report writing.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in government relations, global health, ODA and/or a related field.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in coordination and negotiation with government ministries and agencies or international organisations.
• Business-level English communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of global health and/or ODA.
• Experience in policy making and/or analysis.

Education & Qualifications

• Good university degree, ideally a master’s in a related subject, such as public policy, global health, politics or international relations.
